Cutaneous Lupus and other symptoms

I have a rare form of Cutaneous Lupus called Tumid Lupus and I was cleared of any systemic involvement. I do have horrid fatigue, brain fog, and joint paint that comes and goes. Can the Cutaneous form cause this or do I need to see what else could be going on besides SLE?
