OUCH! I have to use a lot of sunscreens (50+) and try to wear loose long sleeve clothing and a hat. Also, I feel worse during the day when the UV is stronger, so I generally try to get my tan and vitamin D before 10am.

I wear 70 on my face but I still cannot tolerate any sun at all. It makes me physically ill and I still get a rash on my face.

What sunscreen would you say ? I used spf 70. Also do regular rash guards offer uv protection or does it specifically have to say Uv protection ? Thanks for your help !

Ow!! Praying you feel better soon! Sleep well tonight! Stay away from sun - use sunscreen, hat and UV clothes if you can.
