How do you stop a never ending leg cramps in your leg? Not sure if it’s nerve problem. I have a knee arthritis. I don’t know what else to do . Thank you all for being supportive.

Someone told me to take magnesium because Lupus patients tend to be dehydrated. It helped me the same day I started taking it. No leg cramps, dry mouth or dry eyes anymore. I take 250mg twice a day. You can also try the drinks that restore your electrolytes. Gatorade, Powerade, etc. and Pedialyte.

Please let me know how it works for you. Magnesium is so cheap it makes sense to at least try it.

U mentioned that u have the leg compression sleeve right? If so, do try it. I have one and it helps tremendously with my leg cramps. Ive been to neurology and had nerve test done and they still dont see what could be causing the cramps. So i tried the sleeve because the pain was so intense that it kept me up at night or would wake me up out of my sleep. My rheumy says its a symptom but i dont know, the bone marrow in my legs are deteriorating leaving dents in my legs and they still find nothing wrong. But the sleeve, water, and cucumbers with vinegar helps. I see a lot of people saying drink pickle juice so im guessing the vinegar might be doing the trick
