For me it comes and goes and it varies in how bad it is. Other than taking my medication, getting enough rest and sleep I don't have any other tips. Maybe someone else will chime in. Hope the cob webs disappear for you soon ;-)
P.S. perhaps you could speak to your Dr about sleep medication? I believe that lack of sleep makes brain fog worse.

I’m on sleep medication, theirs nothing you can do but get as much rest as you can, if you work, have a family, this can be very hard, I hope you have a good doctor you can talk with good luck.

I'm experiencing my first. I'm struggling to sleep as well. My speech is very slow. Does it eventually wear off?

After I mistakenly take the dogs meds instead of my own, answer my alarm clock instead of the phone and walk into the wall on the way to the bathroom I decide it's time for a nap.
Sleep helps 🙄
