I've been suffering from Lupus for over 20 years now. I used to be able to work through the pain and all over exhaustion, but I can't anymore. Some days it feels almost impossible to get out of bed. Sometimes I even have to stay in my pajamas for the day. I live in chronic pain and exhaustion 24/7. I have Fibromyalgia, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Chronic Migraines, Degenerative disc and joint diseases, Osteoarthritis, and the list keeps going. It just keeps getting worse every day. No ma'am I don't. I was told I needed one many years ago, 20 plus. I'm just extremely claustrophobic, so I told them that I couldn't handle it.
Do you have a cpap?
I have gotten worse with the older I get. I listen to my body because if I fight it I only take more steps backward. When I buy ground beef, I buy enough to fill two big lots full. When fully cooked, I drain off all the grease, let cool. I then put it in quart freezer bags and freeze it. This way it is day to make spaghetti sauce, steamers, chili, tacos, use casseroles etc. I do not feel bad off of this, nor does my husband, who helps me. I have a cup the bags fit into high helps me a of to fill the bags by using a large plastic cooking spoon. That way when I feel up to it, it is only 1 time cooking, but helps me a lot on days I need something eay. I have 2 crockpots, so Saturday I made chili in both. I have some now, and 2 gallon freezer bags full dozen as it is so cold here still. I do this with a lot of things. I do use disposable metal pans as it is so much easier for us and crockpot liners, as well as oven cook in bags. The cook in oven bags so much time. You put a little fast of flour in, shake, I always add a cup of water and put in the meat. I like to get a whole Black Forest Ham Or whole turkey breast at Sams. Usually I get both, going every 6 weeks or so. I only freezer bag the meat after cutting in thirds. I use my crock pots a lot. I use my microwave to cook pasta. I boil the water, it in the pasta, then stir often to prevent it from sticking. I find ways to make things a lot easier. I just used the oven bag years ago for a 20 lb turkey, beer ever! Never went back to any other method as no basting. Gets done in half the time. I conserve energy as much as possible. Just got 2 new cordless light weight gave from Amazon as that way my husband can both help at one time. Hugs and prayers. God bless.
I don't give in to it. I take my meds and the to keep moving.
I wish i could Samantha. I do wish for you a time of healing and restoration. Keep going in spite of.
