I have severe sleep apnea & I’ve tried a few different masks & just can’t get used to the whole tubing & machine blowing air in your face thing. I know I stop breathing often during the night. I know the newer devise that they input into your chest & you use a remote to control your tongue when you sleep is Not okayed for us with Autoimmune disease. I agree with you AnneMerrick. I rarely ever dream. I know I should take my own advice, but you may want to tell your daughter to go & have the sleep study done. Sleep apnea does kill people everyday! I think I’m gonna have to bite the bullet & try, try, try again with the stupid machine.😔
My daughter has it, though she is undiagnosed. Her father has it also, he uses a machine I believe, she doesn't use a machine. I wish I could go into a deep sleep! I never get past dream state! Leaves me tired most of the time
