Been told I Don't have lupus, but I seem to have all the symptoms related to lupus, ie; pain in both hands and fingers, pain in both knees,

Joint pain and stiffness can be due to osteoarthritis, which we all develop over time, so you may want to ask your doctor to clarify the type of arthritis you have.
