The high caffeine levels make energy drinks unsafe, in general. I think carefully managing our daily lives with a good balance of rest, exercise, healthy diet, and UV protection really help us.

Thank you I appreciate the information. Yes I definitely know about rest/sleep. I wanted something that was not as bad but when I may need a pick up for when I am working.

The only energy drinks I really use are Sparkling Ice + Caffeine. 70mg of caffeine per can, which is less than a cup of coffee, no sugar, and some B vitamins which also help with energy. I recently started taking ginseng and mushroom extract in the morning, which give me an extra boost without the caffeine.

Of course, as stated above, appropriate rest/sleep, and good nutrition are going to be your best bets for combating fatigue.
