I've been having this problem for a few months now, and I told my doctor this issue and he ordered me a nerve test to see if I have nerve damage in my feet and hands because my right foot is 70% numb now and my big toe on my left foot. My hands are on and off numbness and tingling, but I loose sensation quite often. You’re not alone
Vitamin B12 for that it gets lot!😉
I had this happen this summer. I was tingling in my arms, legs, feet and back and my legs were so weak I couldn't stand or walk. They were testing me for MS and ALS as well as CNS lupus, myositis and myelitis. I had brain and spinal MRIs and a nerve conduction study. After all that, all they found was a pinched nerve in my back. I took gabapentin for a while but I didn't like the way it made me feel. After a while, it went away. Hope yours does too.
@A MyLupusTeam Member, you're very welcome. Yeah you'll find that with lupus a flare can bring new symptoms to you but which are also common in lupus. Although vascular issues and Raynaud's are illnesses in their own right, they're also a part of lupus. I think that if we have a long enough flare or a bad one we can have these symptoms that we haven't gone through before. The weather can trigger it too and types of food, drink, seasonings, even household products can trigger certain reactions in us. Jalisa, do you remember what you was doing the day before you had those symptoms? I'm glad you're going to run them by your doctor. Please let me know what they say and how it goes 😊
@A MyLupusTeam Member I have had this issue since before I began any medication. I was under the impression that the Duloxetine would help this issue and it has not.
