I also use Systane. If they are really bad I use one that’s a gel. I have an eye mask you can put in a microwave for about 20 seconds and put that on after I put the gel drops in and lay down and rest my eyes for about 15 minutes. It all helps. ♥️♥️♥️

Joyce, I also had burning with Restasis, and I have found artificial preservative-free tears like Refresh Plus very helpful. I have written a lot about different options that I've gone through for dry eyes over nearly 40 years --many!--in case you want to check out my story. Eye lubricant ointment at bedtime is helpful, too.

Gel drops. Max strength. Burns for a sec but so worth it with the super dry eyes
