Every time I hurt, I get soooooo cold.
It doesn't matter if it is 90 degrees outside.
What do you do for it.
each person is different but I always carry heat packs in my purse
Feeling extremely cold during lupus flares is a common experience. During flares, the immune system goes into overdrive, causing inflammation and releasing chemicals that can affect body temperature regulation. Many people with lupus report needing multiple blankets even when the weather is warm.

It's 60 degrees and high winds here in north central Texas, but I'm in a flare and am freezing. I'm also hurting in my joints and have ulcers in my mouth nose and stomach. I feel for you! I use several heating pads for the areas of worst pain. Plus I'm dressed for cold weather and under the covers.

I carry my heating pad to work everyday. I bought a new one and it was not working so well so now I take my old reliable one with me everyday. I don’t like being uncomfortable and I also have my coat all year! I don’t like being uncomfortable but I don’t want to make others around me uncomfortable either.
Oh yes I experience it too. Can't stand to be cold. I try to layer up and I have to keep my feet warm.💜
