AARP actively supports seniors 50+. They encourage healthy aging with and without chronic illness. They have engaging activities, live and virtual, in every state, and several other resources. Although they are connected with a health insurance carrier, they are available to everyone.

I don't know how much support one can receive from the National Council on Aging, but their website is:
www.ncoa.org

Each city/state most likely has nonprofit agencies that provide some level of support for the elderly in their community.

Consider asking your doctor's office about appointment reminders via phone or text to help stay on track with your care. They can also connect you with local resources specific to your needs.
