We can get autonomic problems that cause BP fluctuations and dizziness, and increasing salt intake can help if ok'ed by your doctor, Natasha. Are your sodium and other blood electrolytes normal? If you are consuming too much water, the sodium level decreases. I hope you get relief soon.😘

Sucks when you can’t get your feet warm with Rhenodes. I use a heating pad when I get too bothered by it. Helps me a lot. Maybe you can try it? Also, Vitamin D is major winner for me, and as much turmeric (fresh organic) I can consume. Awesome that even at the end of all you described, you still decided to”I want to do more than just survive today!” Awesome! Encouraging. 😊

Natasha have you checked your BP when this happens?

Natasha and @A MyLupusTeam Member king Have you tried HeatHolders socks? Their Original line is the best for keeping feet warm.
