Hey gang,
So my flares are tied to my hormones. I flare at least once a month. Lately my menopause symptoms have increased and my Lupus symptoms have followed suit.
Joint pain and swelling are my main symptoms. I am also dealing with nerve issues due to increased inflammation. I have had sharp stabbing pain in the cartilage of my left ear. An electric shock feeling in my right foot and pain that feels like my blood is pulsing in line with my heartbeat.

Hello everyone and many blessings. Calli I know exactly what you are going through. I have experience all these symptoms. Stress will make them symptoms worse. Depression as well. I have been taking the vitamin called Mega Red you can get it fom Walmart,CVS and target. I take one a day with my meds and honestly all the symptoms slowed down. I honestly can say they helped alot.
Thanks, Calli, I have been having more good days lately. You know how that goes, though--just when we think that, something else pops up! ππ
@CherlisaLilTrubbleSmith--That's great to hear it helped you, Cherlisa. I see that it's an omega-3 fatty acid fish oil supplement. Another way to get omega-3s is by eating flaxseeds, chia seeds, and walnuts, FYI.
CherlisaLilTrubbleSmith....Thank you, I will definitely look into this!π₯°
