I took Benlysta injections for a month. My eyelids started itching and burning. The skin was flaky and peeling My eyes look like I had pink eye. Read about the side effects. I was miserable. I went to the eye dr. He gave me steroid drops with antibiotics. Had a 2 week gap on the Benlysta. The day after my injection it started all over. My Rheumatologist said to quit taking it. Feeling better.
