Does anyone has gastro issues such as extreme bloating daily and issues with going regularly? This is a fairly new development for me

I take dieters tea when that happens The main ingredient is senna but even though it’s all natural tea, you can’t take it too often.
Magnesium Citrate works well too and is much less harsh.
