@A MyLupusTeam Member..I understand you perfectly, my GI issues are over the roof as well, especially pain under left ribcage. Lately I've been drinking Aloe Vera Juice which seems to be slowly healing my gut. I have Diverticulosis which is a very painful condition, but the pain is slowly subsiding with organic aloe vera. Hope you find something that gives you some relief, feel better soon. Have a peaceful Monday 🌈

I was in the same boat. My flares were starting in my gut. Went thru a multitude of tests, ER visits, horrible flares, and colonoscopies only to have everything come back normal. While that was good news I was frustrated not having a definative answer. Ultimately I tied it to lupus and ibs and started drinking a green sencha tea every morning and it seems to help me stay regular and I added more fiberous foods to my diet. So far so good.

Yes, I have lots of stomach issues...bloating, pain, indigestion etc. And yeah, medical doctors can't find anything but my natural doctors dig much deeper and find reasons for it!! I take papaya enzymes, diligently watch my diet, such as avoiding gluten, dairy, sugar, and fermented foods. Otherwise I just live with it and try to cope the best I can...

I'm taking it for about 15 years. My body tolerate it very good. I see a eye doctor checking eyes every 3 months.
